performance: losing 2.7 lb a week
Married with 3 boys. My wife and I are both trying to lose weight. I am 6 ft., typically weigh between 190 and 200 and can rather easily lose 5 to 10 lbs. I play tennis in the spring, summer and fall, but would like to stay active all year and start working out at the gym. My goal weight is 180. The last 10 - 15 lbs. is what I have the most trouble with. Also trying to cut out caffeine and lower my cholesterol.
