Since becoming a stand up comic a few months back, my diet has consisted of little exercise, epic amounts of beer and pizza. As a result I have put on over a stone.
Two things have made me want to lose some flab - firstly, I turned 27 the other day and want to change my lifestyle to a healthier one. Secondly, somebody gave up their seat for me on the bus the other day!!!
Aim is to try and get back down to 9.5 stone over the summer. My pal and I are also quitting drinking to try and help me change my ways (ARGH!). Wish me luck!
