For most of my life I was effortlessly thin and now as I get older and start to actually gain weight I'm faced with the fact that I ca't just eat sweets and laze around and still look good. Woe.
I firmly believe that giving up foods you love is stupid, so my custom diet is in fact to eat the exact same things I was eating before, including far too much cheese and weekly takeaway. In fact a bit of research and maths suggests I should be eating more.
The plan is to actually start exercising, drinking plenty of water, all those non-food-related things that can cancel out my horrendous food habits, and hopefully get rid of a couple of pounds a week.
