Medication weight gain =(
I gained about 30-40 pounds from a birth control pill that I was taking for about six months, then I realized it was the pills making me gain, so I stopped taking them (and also because it messed up my cycle really bad and it still hasn't fixed itself yet even though it's been almost a year since I stopped taking them). I started doing 30-60 mins of aerobics a day, and that did NOTHING at all for me. My weigh stayed the same even though I continued with it for two months. I finally got some herbal thyroid medicine (forgot the name) and I've been dropping weight. Apparently, the birth control pills had messed up my thyroid as well as my cycle. I've already lost about 15 pounds since the beginning of August, but I still have another 15 to go before I'm back down to where I was and then another 10 that I wanted to lose before I even gained.

My tip would be to see if you might have a thyroid problem from your medication. Best of luck to you!

Tips for Showing off the New You :-)
I can usually find things on sale pretty cheap at Kohls, JC Penneys, and Dillards (mostly Kohls though). Ross gets some good clothes for a good price too, like if you needed dress clothes for a party or something. I got a formal dress for a cruise for about $20 or 30 and got lots of compliments too.
