I'm 40 yrs old and been overweight all of my life. I joined Weight Watchers several yrs ago, lost 50 lbs. YAH! I gained it back after thinking I could do the program on my own. Now, for health reasons I've got to get back on track and lose 98 lbs. I also need to set a good example for my kids. One of them is extremely overweight and another is on the way. Exercise is really not my strength (I think its a curse word actually). Will power is a struggle!!!
