I am a 41 year old woman that works at a desk 10 hours a day 4 days a week doing medical coding for a large group of speciality Dr's. I have 2 children that are now grown, but i spent lots of time sitting in the school bleachers cheering them on at sporting events... i am now trying my best to focus on me and put myself first for a change. i work out at a gym anywhere from 4-5 times per week for a hour and recently i started working out with a personal trainer who has taught me alot.. i have a long way to go, but i'm trying to stay positive and take one day at a time :-)
