eating right away
I've started using unsweetened almond milk in my yogurt...it's really good and helps to cut back on the carbs and sugar.

I'm the same way gnat...coffee first thing then start the water once i get to work about 8am. Try to get 80oz in during the day! My Brita pitcher helps so much!!

What can you guys recommend for the best Dancing workout?
I agree with Norawatson...Just Dance is a blast. Got it and Zumba for Wi...haven't tried Zumba yet, but I've heard it's good! Both fun and a good workout.
