Major Slip-Up/Mistake
Made a major mistake today. Drank half and half in my sugar-free vanilla latte today, instead of getting soy milk. I don't know what I was thinking. I thought I was being good by getting the half and half instead of milk. I didn't stop to think that half and half is half cream/half milk. ::shakes head:: I guess I can only move on from this mistake knowing that I'll definitely never make that one again. I think I'm gonna go to the gym now and work out a little harder than normal. I think if I work out to burn off those extra sugar carbs I'll feel better than if I sit around the house on the computer doing nothing.
