Feeling VERY motivated today! Phase one has begun. I have a plan to make a new flower bed in my backyard today so that should keep me busy, away from food and burn a few calories too. My animals love it when I hang out with them in the yard so we should have fun today. I have a nice 3 day weekend and I'm looking forward to it.

My goal is to start phase one TOMORROW since it is my first of three days off and I think I will have more control getting started at home without all the temptations I have here at work. I want to get rid of these carb cravings I've been having for a LONG time. I just went back to Dec 07 & Jan 08 and reviewed my food calendar when I first started SBD. I made a grocery list of the foods I need in order to repeat the menus I used back then when I was so successful. I remember how easy it was to stick to the diet after the first few days of eating low carb. I would say wish me luck but luck has nothing to do with it. Wish me MUCH DETERMINATION AND WILLPOWER because that's what I've been lacking for so long!

Thanks to a nudge from a good buddy, I am weighing in this AM and facing the facts. It's not good! I continue to do all the wrong things. Need to really analyze what's going on here. I'll be back with better news soon.
