New to forum
Hi, I've been using this site/app for a while now and just now realized that there's so many tools.
I'm 5'4 and currently 139.4lbs (I'm my mind I'm the 100lb bride I once was so I'm really trying to get back to that.)
Started a very strict diet about a week ago and already lost almost 7lbs. It's amazing how a purchase of a bike and treadmill can start to transform your life (once you are ready to commit) and attention to what you eat.
