Personal Question... How do you see yourself?
That's beautiful Sweet2th! I am going to do the same thing. I am improving on my self image and think I am hot stuff when I look in the mirror but I don't extend it into loving and accepting myself for 30 days. I am going to start today. I had the same problem too only I didn't have a sister... I constantly compared myself to skinny thin body types and tried to make my body type match but you just can't. Later on in life I discovered my skinny thin friends envied me because I had boobs and they didn't. One of my skinny thin friends even had a boob job done. I love and accept myself unconditionally right now! there is more to us than our size- measurements. I am intelligent, compassionate, caring, inspiring, loyal, a great friend, a great daughter, and a great mom. WE ROCK!!

Personal Question... How do you see yourself?
When I was skinny - I thought I was fat and saw my fat in every photograph and reflection. Now that I am fat - I think I am skinny and look skinny and feel disenchanted when I see images telling me otherwise - or when other people flat out tell me I am not the thin I think I am. (To be mean obviously) I have given up hope and have hit rock bottom so many times... I just keep starting over with renewed optimism hoping for the best and maybe just maybe this will be the time I get it right, lose the fat, and keep it off for good.

Personal Question... How do you see yourself?
I am wondering how you see yourself? When I was younger I was skinny and I saw myself as fat. When I got older and became fat, I would think I still looked skinny and when confronted with a mirror or any other type of reflection - I would freak out a little because my body image wasn't the same as the one I saw in my head. Does anyone else do this? Seeing yourself differently than you actually are? How do you know what you really look like?
