How long for sugar to leave the body
*Jaw-Drops* I admit - I am cholesterol dumb. My provider has me taking Cholesterol lowering drugs because my labs said mine are off the charts bad. BUT my numbers have improved, I thought because of my new healthy lifestyle changes, but my provider told me it was because of the medication.... Grrrrr... I don't know who to believe or trust. So I must research the heck out of this and come to my own conclusions. I appreciate the links. They are a great start. I feel sorry for above mentioned ducks. I am assuming NOT to order the "Foie Gras" ???

^^^^Mind blowing^^^^ I just ate your words with my brain and I feel overwhelmed with your truth and knowledge. I have sooo many questions. I will ponder this and return here tomorrow to only ask the meaningful questions.
