*Diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes while Pregnant 2001
*Diagnosed with High Blood Pressure 2002
*Diagnosed with High Cholesterol 2009
*Diagnosed with Pre-Diabetes 2011
*No longer Pre-Diabetic as of 2014 thanks to exercise
*Researched every "Diet" and found the similarities
*Continuing to educate myself on nutrition
*Practicing good habits every day
*Taking it one day at a time
