My name is Katie Lenga and I had a baby 6 weeks ago today! Before pregnancy I weighed 125 pounds and was super active. But, during my pregnancy I gained 50 pounds! I look back and wish I would have managed my weight gain better. I started dieting about 2 weeks because I am no longer breast feeding. So far I have lost 35 pounds of the 50 I gained with the baby. (I know that seems like a lot but most of it was her, water weight, and other fluids). Anyway, I am trying the abs diet because I had a c-section with her and I can't do a lot of exercise on my abs until I am fully healed - and of course this is where I need to lose the most fat. I am doing all the ab work I can without going overboard.
I hope this diet works...I have a whole closet full of clothes that I haven't worn in over a year now!
