3 Hour Diet.
1st week - 6 lbs.

I ate less than usual. I did not realize that I ate that many calories. Wow. This is a wake up call. I thought I was eating less than usual. Which means my calorie intake was too high. I worked out on the row machine for 20 minutes with 442 strokes before going to bed. I think I will start doing sit ups to get my waist down. I have a short waist so any excess really stands out.

Staring on "p". I hope this will help me to focus, gain control of eating, drink more water, exercise on rowing machine more.

From today on I am going to record my intake. I am going to make healthier choices. I am going to workout on my row machine every other day for 10 to 15 minutes. I will wear my fitbit daily and go for 10,000 steps a day.
