I was on a low carb diet for 1 1/2 yrs. on and off, mostly on. I started the LC diet @ 255 lbs. I maintained 223 for 5 months. So, now I am low calarie and low fat with 3-5 times a week of exercise. I found this site and have found it really helpful.I have lost 7 lbs in last 2 weeks by eating less meat and a lot more vegetables and fruit.
