Like most of you, I had enough. After many feeble attempts to loose weight, here I go again. This time I, hope will take me to my goal weight.
Mini Goals - start weight 235.4
215 lbs - put on my two tones shirt
200 lbs - Go to salon to do nails
190 lbs - get new shoes
180 lbs - put on my Beatles t-shirt
170 lbs - Do something interesting.
160 lbs - dye and cut my hair.
156 lbs - sign up for a dance class.
150 lbs - buy 5 new shirts
147 lbs - buy 3 new jeans
144 lbs - donate fat clothes and buy a pair of short.
