Best Diet Plan??
I was diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic, and everytime I look at sweet food or anything that contains added sugar I imagine pile of hyoperdermic needles on top of the food, which I will need if I do not cut down my weight and this goes for saturated fats also, and too many carbs (watch that ) also, I just visualise the drugs I would have to take sticking out , all over the food,it works for me I have lost 12 kilos slowly.
It could work with all us obese people , picture look at that operating table and the surgery you may need, is the food worth it, ditto for blood pressure and lots of other conditions we accept because we can not control what we put in our mouths, after all , we are what we eat and what we think.

I still enjoy my food - lots and lots of yummy vegetables no fatty meats,I lean meat, fish, mussels. salmon, an apple, one other piece of fruit and I still have my one glass of red wine every evening.

Diabetic eating
I am also a diabetic and have lost 12 kilos and still losing, "the plate" option has worked for me, on you plate (smallplate for lunch, larger plate for dinner), you have one half of non starchy vegetables and one quarter protein and one quarter carbs.and eat or drink no products that contains added sugar, three pieces of fruit a day .

I have twice as much energy and feel great, good luck. K/-Jenny
