Hi,

My name is Tami and I am a 44 year old married mother of four. My children range in age from 23 years down to 9 years. I've never really had a weight problem until my last pregnancy at the age of 35. Even at that point though, I really only had to battle 10-20 extra pounds that would creep back on periodically. It wasn't until I began experiencing some major health issues that it became something more. I have been very sedentary since my health problems began 3 years ago and I have gained 50 pounds as a result. I am unable to do any type of exercise because of chronic pain, so I have to depend on my diet and a little walking to lose the weight. I am determined to lose it though, and to get a little bit of my old self back in the process.
