The scale has finally started moving down again after quite the stalemate. I would be lying if I said I wasn't getting frustrated, so it is nice to see a little progress. I've been keeping calories about the same but trying to add in exercise where possible. Started out riding my stationary bike a few times a week,20 minutes a day it felt great and I like getting my heart rate up but very quickly it became obvious that I shouldn't continue as my knees and hip would bother me for days afterward. I went back ad fourth for a little while trying to think of a good exercise that would build some strength without throwing me so out of whack.
I have settled on yoga, I took a few classes when i was about 13 so I figured it was about time to get back to it. Came across a really good 30 day series on YouTube and I have been loving it. Today was day 12 and each day it gives me nice focus time. This has been one of my better ideas. Ultimately, the goal is to build up control and balance as that should help with my knees, so far so good. I have also been enjoying the irony that the physical therapist i went to a while back was telling me how my problem was that I am too flexible, but in this context the way I move seems perfectly healthy.
Im still kind of pissed off about that whole experience. As soon as I explained that I had lost a lot of weight they immediately dismissed everything else I had to say, insisting that everything was my body adjusting to the change. Definitely not going back to that doctor to waste my breath.
Otherwise things have been going well. Doing my best to stay on track no matter how slow my progress is. I'm also making a point of learning to live in my new skin, it's going to be a process but it has already gotten a lot easier.
To progress!

Updated my goal to 160, once I get there I will be reevaluating. I think ultimately it would be pretty cool to get the 150 and be able to say that I weigh half of what i used to, but it is hard to tell if that will be realistic.

Doing pretty well, not concerned about the gain. Had some awesome vacations and camping trips the past few months and I've been doing well staying on track when at home. Life is good, and finally starting to get used to my new body.
