Well, I have plateaued it would seem. I am still 100% on track as far as my actions, I'm just seeing FAR slower results... I was losing 4lbs a week, steadily, now, I'm doing good to lose half a pound a week. It is still progress, just agonizingly slower.

On a positive note, I am still feeling very positive about my new lifestyle. We are taking 30-45 minute walks every night again (we had slacked off for a few weeks with our move into our new house and the colder weather combined). I am eating less than I was before I started my new weigh-loss plan, but probably a little more than I should be, which I am sure is part of the problem. I just need to get back to applying the guidelines.

Anyway, I'm not giving up, I cannot. I am concerned though, because I have a conference coming up in two weeks (those are always hard on my schedule) and then a vacation at the very end of March (which is going to be VERY tough to stay on track).
