I am a senior in college and got married this summer. My husband and I live about 200 miles apart currently while I am at school and he is working. I live alone in an apartment with an awesome kitchen. I have one cat. I am a pretty active person and I enjoy working out at the gym an enjoying the outdoors. I am highly social and most of my "bad eating habits" are related to going out with friends, drinking (as college kids do), and coffee... I really like Starbucks ;). I am not a yoyo weight gainer. I have been at my starting weight for 3 years, before that I was about 20lbs thinner for 3 years. Most of my weight gain occurred 6+ years ago. I am ready for a different lifestyle. I mainly want to feel better and be even more active. I have chosen the Atkins lifestyle and I am excited to start my journey!
