I left you a comment under my post be sure to read it. I also forgot to mention that you should eat a lot of protein at least 3 to 6oz. at every meal, this will keep you from getting hungry.

I'm glad I was able to help you. I am now figuring out how to add my own recipes. I am totally loving the way this site works. Now all I have to do is look up my recipe and pop it in my logs.
I'm sorry to hear your ticker is broken. I'm not sure really what that is. Does it have something to do with notifications?

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh my self every day when I first wake up. I only record my lows. I like the feeling of being in control of what I put into my mouth and I see weighing myself daily as learning how different foods effect my body. I don't get bummed out over the fluctuations. So long as I feel good and see overall losses for the week I'm happy.

Hey Brytize, It's nice to see some one familiar. I'm still learning too. What I do is add item to lets say breakfast, the window pops up and I type the brand name first and then the item I'm looking for. If it's not there at the bottom of the selections is a button that says something like add this item. Hit that button and just fill out the form that pops up. It's real simple just copy the nutrition facts straight from your product. And then save it. After you save it a nutritional fact sheet pops up about the item you just saved. On the right side of your screen you should see a column and it will ask you did you want to add this item to your meal plan and just hit the yes button and it adds it to your meal plan. It remembers the foods that you eat so the next time you want to record what you eat you just check the box and hit add item. I like it a lot better than the Atkins site and it looks like it gives more accurate amounts of your carb intake. I have found so far that I could be squeezing in more carbs if I wanted to. Hope this helps.
