Changes that I need to make:
1) Ride my bike after school and on weekends.
2) Bring tennis shoes to work so I can walk the hill at least twice during my lunch at work.
3) Cut down on snacks or just eat fruit and/or veggies for a snack. (almonds and granola bars are too many calories). I eat more for snack than I do for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. :(
Changes that I have noticed:
1) I am in a routine to exercise early in the mornings and exercise is no longer a strain.
2) My clothes feel like they are fitting better but my belly looks no smaller

Today I walked the hill 7 times. Went to church. Shopped at Brookshires, WalMart, Sams and Dollar General. Thinking about sewing a couple skirts. I didn't lose much weight. Hope I lose a pound by tomorrow morning.
