Bit of advice please
Ye luckily I was at home when it happened so thankfully didn't have to face a room full of people. Thanks for the advice, will have to dig out my costume!

Bit of advice please
So I'm currently recovering from torn ligaments in my knee, which ironically I got from trying to do more exercise, apparently zumba doesn't agree with me! Apart from hobbling up and down stairs countless times a day (because of the gallons of water I've been drinking) I'm struggling to think of other exercises I can do whilst I'm unable to put much weight on my leg. The injury only happened a week ago so as much as it is a lot better its still not up to much. Very disheartened by this as I was actually enjoying the exercising. Just wondered if there is any effective exercises I can be doing till it heals completely?

Calorie confusion :(
I'm currently trying to lose weight, however I'm getting so confused over how many calories I'm supposed to be eating. I've got the FS app on my phone and to lose weight it recommends I eat 2500 calories a day. I find this quite a large amount and over the last 2 weeks, with help from the app, I've been consuming between 845-2169 a day. My job is quite physical and 12 hour shifts and on my days off I've also been doing approx. 30 mins on my machine at home. I feel like I'm eating enough, I don't feel hungry most the time and I am eating at regular intervals. Please could somebody help? Also will I still lose weight with the above calorie intake now I have stupidly pulled ligaments in my knee so unable to exercise for 10-14 day Sad
