I am a 36 year old, mother of 3 (ages 5,3 & 1). My baseline weight was 150 before kids. I topped out at 200 on delivery day of number 3. Six months later I was still at 186. Wow! I wanted to cry everytime I saw a picture of myself. Finally decided to do something about it in July of 2011. I have a hard time finding time to fit in formal excercise, I walk constantly at work though (I should wear a pedometer).
