It has been over a year and I have lost 20 pounds. I weighed on yesterday, 5/7/12 and I now weigh 200 pounds. I know I have a stretch to go but I am motivated.

Tomorrow will be my first exercise day. I joined 'Curves for Women' and looking forward to sending a progress report in 30 days. I am current at 225 pounds. I have gained almost 80 pounds in three years.
