My name is Joan, I'm 53 years old. I live in Alberta. I am very excited to reach my goal weight.,and I believe this Fatsecrect will be helpfull.I have two wonderful grandsons that live out here too. That gives me so much to live for. My son and daughter and their spouses are supporting me on my weight loss. We are all eating healthy, and a whole lot less baking.I am unable to hold down a job, due to O.A.& FMS. I was in a serious car accident many years ago. I struggled with many challenges and I am a very happy person to be blessed with a great family. My weight loss is my gain to a longer life.

Need a New Fresh Start
I've lost 25lbs. and have 50lbs. to go and I'm stuck. No motivation. Feeling sad about added stress. I feel alone. I also need a new strict diet to follow, I've made up my own and it is not working. I would like to try a totally new diet and not sure which to choose. I'd like one that will help me lose quickly the first week just to get going on track again. Does anyone have some great advice? Desperate and ready to start all over with a new freah start. I'm trying so hard to not give-up and give-in to my old me.
