I've come a long way since the first of the year. I started it out at 149.8 lbs and made a resolution to loose 20 lbs. Once I did that I decided to keep going and got down to 122 for our beach vacation in Aug. However, I've been slipping bad since then. I'm back up to 128 and its the holiday season. I've not been wanting to work out as much and I've been eating horribly. I'll start the day off good and eat well throughout until evening or snack time, then I completely blow it all together.

So I'm going to get back on track. I want to make fittness and healthy living a priority and make it more of who I am. I so much admire fittness competetors, don't know if I'd ever really compete myself, but they are my inpiration. However, at the same time I need to realize that my life is way more that just trying to look like them and in reality I can't eat perfect and may miss a workout every now and then. But I need to not let that get me down but continue on and stay motivated.
