So I started the Food Lovers Fat Loss System about two months ago. It took my body about 6 wk to reset my metabolism, not 21 days like most people. I have been yo yo dieting for about 5 yrs, so the program did say it may take longer if you have been bouncing from one diet to the other. Anyway, I have a heart rate monitor with a calorie counter. When I started the program I was burning 1860 calories a day. That's including sleep time.
At the six week I had gained 15lbs, but was not any bigger dress size wise. I was burning I had not been working out during the first five weeks. Week six I started doing the 10min. work outs after work. Not seeing any fat loss I switched my work outs to first thing in the morning. Wow, I started burning 210 calories an hour, even when I slept! That's 5,040 calories a day!! Never new a 10min morning work out could do that. Amazing!!!
So by week 8, two days ago, I've lost 9lbs and 1 dress size! And I eat what ever I want now. Although I do only buy whole wheat bread and pasta. And I only eat fast food 2 or 3 time a week.
So to anyone starting or thinking of starting the program, it is worth every penny, time, and effort!
