I have been married for 25 years to the woman of my dreams! I have 3 wonderful children and 3 gorgeous grand children :) I started this journey about 3 years ago when I reached a weight of 275 pounds! I was always sick, no motivation, always tired, and then health issues started... I am now down to 196, and my blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol levels are back to normal! :) My estimated goal weight is 185, I say estimated because I want to re-evaluate how I look and feel at that point, then maybe go to 165 from there? I am at a rut trying to lose these last 15 pounds and signed up for this for some ideas and support and maybe find a few friends along the way :)

PS... I have the matching APP for this site on my phone and it is awesome and recommend it to anyone with a smart phone that can run it!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I was weighing myself at the end of each workout week, then I switched to daily as recommended by a fitness site. This has frustrated me as every time I go up a pound or two(normal)I freak and stress myself so I'm going back to weekly. Hope this helps?
