Today i started the sacred heart diet.... It was generated by the American Heart Association for those who need heart surgery but are to obese to have it.. Lots of weight loss in a short amount of time....I want to jump start my journey to a healthy life both physically,emotionally,mentally and most of all spiritually!!! I gave my heart to Jesus, now i have handed him this burden... Thank you Jesus for being my everything!!!!!
