My starting weight 142, was just a guess. My first goal is to get down to 135. Not much, but for a short person (just under 5'3") it can be significant. Once I get there I'd like to lose another 10-15lbs. Ideally I'd like to be around 120-125. It's been a decade probably since I was in that range and it's time to get back there again.
