Great day today...coworkers asked me to place the Chinese food order and I DID SO WITHOUT ORDERING ANYTHING!! YAYYYY!!! Now THAT'S an accomplishment!!! Just sayin...it IS my favorite food...

Very humid and stormy day in my part of Virginia, but I want to walk today, so I'm headed to a local store, where I'll walk inside. Need to pick up a few things for the house, so we'll kill two birds with one stone. Feeling strong today and hoping for an awesome day!

This week was a little tough...starting to crave some of the "fried" stuff and Chinese food...tried to do healthy Chinese and it just wasn't worth it, so I'd rather just not "go there". I guess my Chinese food is going to just have to be sparingly. Tonight I had baked chicken, two small pieces, some cottage cheese and corn. Nice dinner. Today's lunch was a good experiment...went to Arby's, got a roast beef sandwich, albeit a large one, but no fries, had a small mini-bag of cheetos with it and a diet dew. Really great meal, enjoyed it, it was filling and I proved to myself that I can eat out without losing control. Want to try Subway's sweet onion chicken teriyaki...hear it's good. Maybe over the weekend.

Staying strong so far...not feeling deprived...eating every 2-3 hours is SO unlike what I'm used to...it was hard to get used to, but feeling my stomach growl reminds me that I've revved up my metabolism and it's burning this nasty fat...gotta say YAAY to that!!! :)
