Expert help please
I'm on a 1200 calorie diet, 50% protein(150g), 30% carbs(90g), and 20% fat(26g). I go to the gym every morning before I eat, every other day I just do 30m of cardio(treadmill walk HR @ 11eight) and the other days I do a 45m full body workout. On days that I do my full body workout I drink a shake with a banana that equals 9.4g of fat, 57.02g of carbs, and 51.36g of protein(30g of it is isolate protein) with a total of 498 calories. My question is: Is that a good amount of carbs and protein for my breakfast/recovery shake? Should I do more protein? Less protein? More carbs? Less carbs? Also, what about the days where I only do cardio, will that shake be too much of a waste for a not heavy at all workout?
Side facts, I'm 23, 5'8'' and weigh 243lbs.
I'm not trying to gain muscle mass, I just want to lose weight. If a muscle or two gets toned up that's fine, but it's not my goal.

The amount that I eat is controlled by what I serve myself, not what color plate I put the food on. Maybe this is helpful if you tend to make capricious and irrational decisions about food, but wouldn't it be better to address the root of the problem?
Where do I begin....It's not that simple or black and white. Companies spend billions of dollars each year on this research, colors set off different types f emotions, memories, endorphins and a whole load of other things. There's so many things you could do to trick your mind into thinking so many things. If you have a chicken breast you have to eat and it doesn't seem like enough food for you, then split it in half. it tricks your mind into thinking there's more food than there really is. A blue color light in your fridge will make all the food look at lot less appealing. People don't just do it because they make "capricious and irrational decisions" when it comes to their food.

It's true, we are attracted to certain colors. We relate to Yellow as the sun, life, energy ect. Red is a color that stimulates the adrenaline glands in the brain, which is why those two colors are picked by almost all fast food places. Research has proved that we don't react well to the color blue.
This is the dieting world, nothing is too crazy!
