I'm tired of being overweight. I want to be healthier for myself and my family. I work in a gym, and have a very hard time being motivated for my members since I am so unhappy with myself. I know I can do it, I just have to try!!

I have been married since 10/5/02. I started to gain some weight once my now husband and I moved in together in 2001. He is a fantastic cook, but has a very high metabolism, so he can eat how he wants with no consequences. We have two children. Cora is 5 and Joshua is 3. It is time to stop eating like I was while pregnant, and start eating better!
