I am a retired nurse living in Central Illinois with my husband of 45 years. We have experienced some health issues over the past 3 years that have precluded the life style we enjoyed like hiking, yoga, aerobics and getting into the great outdoors. We like to travel a lot and we also eat out a lot. My goal is to lose weight so I can be more active.
