aww its not wierd. Give credit that you notice a different behavior. Do you have anxiety? My friend says she does the same thing and she says she is not emotional eating. Is thier a tie to some event that has you enjoy food. when you said away does that mean the food helps you calm your nerves? In the middle of the night I wake up in panic and I have to eat.
