gross but... sweat smells almost like ammonia
Ammonia is the waste product of your kidneys. Drink more water, eat more fresh green veggies, make use of the sauna at your gym.

You may also be burning muscle. You should eat .75-1.25 grams of protein per pound of LEAN body mass. You don't need to eat your body weight in protein, just what supports your muscle mass and enough to gain.

You need more green things in your diet. Green things neutralize the waste product of both your kidneys and your muscles.

You can eat yourself silly with green fresh green veggies and only benefit from the binging. Alkalize away my friend!
