I've been fat my entire life mostly...
The fattest girl in school..
The one that everyone made fun of, until you got to know me.. but im sure even then some of them made fun of me too. Kids are cruel.
You dont know the pain of gym class till you've taken off running and some smart ass yells out "Earth quake."
I've always been big... I've tried every diet out there since I was 10 years old. Everything from Atkins, South Beach, the family bribe diet wehre they say oh if you lose 50 lbs i'll give you X ammount of dollars, the I dont want to eat in front of my friends at school so everyone can see what a fatass I am diet, those damn hoodia pills, weight watchers... everything.
They dont work for me.
But lately something does work... actually eating right! WHO KNEW RIGHT!? If I eat a salad instaed of a bowl of icecream maybe i wont be so freaking big.
But lets face it... I have a GIANT sweet tooth. so im learning to eat this instead of that, and count my calories, and be a good girl.. as well as trying to belly dance. I do THAT in the privacy of my own home.. no one needs to see that!.. not yet at least.
I want to get thinner.
I want to get healthy.
Its easy to say this all.. but its very hard to actually do it.
So here I go... this time I have my best friend Beav pushing me along.. someone has to because lets face it.. I cant do this alone.. i've been doing it alone for 25 years and yeah thats gotten me great results! HA!
