First step to recovery is admitting there is a problem. "Houston, we have a problem!" I am 31 years old and I'm an apple shape!! Many say 125 pounds is great but its not pretty. I'm what they call Skinny-fat.. lol WOW! Anyway, from childhood up until High School I've always been skinny but then I started to fill up in my middle/chest area from poor food choices, bad eating habits and stress from family. My chest blossomed up to a 34DD but I was only 115 pounds. After giving birth to my 2nd child I got a breast reduction and now I'm a full C. For my small frame I should really be between 103-110 pounds, so I'm aiming to lose about 10 pounds and really tone up!

Love the Diet Calender Graph! I can see what I'm actually doing wrong and what I need to do right! My Goals are to eat right and tone up, tone up, tone up!

Now for who I am; I'm a staff accountant and I am a proud mommy of 2 beautiful girls, Alexsandra Lucia 11 years old and Angelina Giana 4 years old. I've been in a relationship with their daddy for 12 years. I love spending time with my family more than anything in the world!

Learn to Love A.M. Exercise
Ditto with Tressatnt... I am so glad I read this! I've been wanting to get up early to exercise but I just kept on sleeping. Now knowing all the perks this should make it easier to get up for it... plus I won't have to worry about missing a workout in case something pops up after work.
