When I decided to create the most innovative program available I looked at what everyone else was doing. Looking at what others have done gave me a blue print of what NOT to do. The issue is that the promoters of these programs are driven by profit and money and don't use an objective and consultive approach to what's going to fit the individual. This brings us to Nutrition. There are programs and diets that offer temporary solutions to weight management. Providing a meal or a regimen for a client will allow that person to see temporary results but it's just a shortcut in the larger picture of what is best for the individual. If all you can provide is a meal for someone in the short term, what happens when that option is taken away.
