I am a wife and mother of three. I'm realzing the older I get the harder it is to loose weight, this is a struggle for me because I have bever had issues with my weight before. In addition to just wanting to loose the extra lbs, I need to loose them due to my poor family health history i.e diabetes and cardiac issues.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Do you weigh in every day or just once week?
I weigh in once a week. I do see a fluxation between 1 and 2 lbs. I am drinking lots more water, I think that maybe my issue.
