Happily married, Aussie Christian Mum with kids aged 22, 15 and our suprise package 3. I have always struggled with being overweight and spent the past 20+ years on some kind of weight management thing or another. Now I need to get it sorted as I have a shocking family medical history and want to be here and healthy for my kids and grandkids in the future.

Sodium count
How do we keep track of the sodium for each day? I'm supposed to stay under 1500 mg due to high blood pressure and would like to track that as I go and keep monitoring the BP. Any help would be appreciated. and by the way, thank you for making such a good sight that has helped me so much already! Jaz
