hair loss please help :(
It could be either hyperthyroid or hypothyroid both can cause either weight loss or gain and a long list of other conditions that are very unpleasant. I would go get my thyroid checked and rule it out. Good luck

Jillians Michaels' whey protein?
I've made a number of smoothie recipes over the years. A couple favorites are ice, splash skim milk, chocolate protein powder(1 scoop any brand you like), teaspoon instant coffee granules, splenda packet, and a couple spoons of low fat vanilla yogurt. This is very tasty! Another more tropical smoothie has orange juice, ice, yogurt, splash milk, frozen or fresh strawberries and half banana and vanilla protein. The trick with any of the smoothies is to use a blender. I usually make enough for two 8oz serving. For me and hubby. You can also get creative and use imitation extracts like mint, cherry, almond.
