How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I started the daily weight recording due to the clinical trial I was on for my breast cancer. I had a data sheet to fill out for the dietician and I visited a cardiopulmonary specialist for weight and blood pressure and exercise. I just continued doing the daily weight when I finished the trial and made it a habit. It is a number for you to use to get to a goal. Looking at the monthly totals show that it is working.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Everyday when I can. I have had multiple surgeries and have put weight on over the past 2 years. Feeling better and ready to get this weight back off.
