Rebounder (mini trampoline)
I went through 3 rebounders over a 15 year period (literally - wore them out!); got in great shape using that in combination with brisk walking and stretching/toning exercises.
Last year I bought my 4th rebounder from Urban Rebounding. Unfortunately a back injury prevented me from using it until about 2 weeks ago, but I am just loving it all over again! One of the best ways to exercise IMO, and I'm wondering why it's not listed as a category in the exercise diary listing.
If you have any physical issues (ankles, knees, back... pelvic floor weakness), then just start with mild bouncing and work your way into it - if it hurts, stop. If you pee yourself, where a light-days! LOL
