I was engaged to the most beautiful and sweetest girl I could ever hope to find. She passed away March 20, 2016 and I know I am in a pretty bad depressive state. I will take care of her two children for as long as they will have me in their lives.

I'm a disabled veteran which revolves around a strained low back. I'm very limited to lifting, standing, prolonged sitting. I do go to the gym. I'm able to use the elliptical and recumbent bicycle. I'm also able to do seated strength training, but only with lighter weights.
