How do I remain motivated?
Thanks everyone: @ Heart44 I think I will begin to log everything as a way to stay focused. It is hard, but eating right takes a lot of planning. I know it's not all about a certain weight, but I am not happy at my current weight. I want to regain my confidence and my ability feel super good about myself. Today I will journal my food, set some small goals and begin to work on those goals. Thanks for the support, I need this.

How do I remain motivated?
I am 173lbs and I want to be down to 145-150. I've been doing great for the past few days but I know how easy it is to fall of. I walk all the time, but i've stepped it up to dvd's and I have cut calories by really focusing on fruits and veggies specifically. My trouble is that I want to keep this up for the long haul and want advice on how to stay on task, motivated and dedicated to this. What do you guys do? HELP!!!!
