I am a 35 year old SAHM of two boys (5 & 2). They keep me occupied all day long, so busy my head spins...BUT, they also did a number on my body while in my tummy-and once they got to the food stage and I would eat...what they ate! LOL...So, it got me to the heaviest I have ever been at 178 pounds. I felt miserable. I would hide in clothes and behind walls. I decided that after having my last child, it was FINALLY time for ME. SO, I started Medifast...for 3 months I did that, then went on to WonderSlim (much like MF, but less spendy, more choices and better tasting). I have had great luck with the switch over! I exercise 30-60 min about 5-6 times a week and I have lost 33# since Jan 10, 2011. (178.4 down to 145.6-I did not put the 10th of a pound on my profile, I will average up or down on weigh-ins that I will do on Mondays)
So....here I am-motivated, slimmer and a lot happier-just need to get these last....20 pounds or so off! :-) You'd think that'd be easy to lose 20#-the first WERE....the last are stubborn!
