Balancing Protein and Calories
In the morning, I make a protein shake using a powder with 20g per scoop, 1 cup Greek yogurt with 23 g per cup, one banana, 1/4 th cup milk and honey to sweeten it. I eat a builder protein bar from clif another 20 grams and then one cup of cottage cheese, another 26g. By lunch time, I've had about 90 grams. It's the only way I can do it.
