I really need to learn how to eat breakfast. I am sooooo not a morning person. Need to come up with quick foods that I can eat as I am rushing out the door.

Decided to change my goal weight and take this in baby steps, because honestly, even thinking about the end goal seems HUGE right now. I think baby steps are better.

Here I go again! Not sure what I weigh now, but pretty sure it is around 208. I fell off the wagon for awhile, but decided to hop back on since I had gotten rid of all my "fat clothes", and now my regular clothes are just not working for me anymore.
Spring 2012:I had dropped down to around 178, (go me!), and made the mistake of asking my DH if he had noticed my weight loss. His response? "Not really." Well if that is not an ego crusher, I don't know what is. So the little devil inside my head said "Well, screw it then! Eat whatever you want, and do whatever you want. It doesn't matter anyway." So I did. I hopped right off the wagon and grabbed a Little Debbie's, then for good measure, I grabbed one more, and ate them both.
My weight,(as far as I know), has never been an issue for my husband. He has never criticized, complained or name-called. BUT, there has also never been any compromise, support, or encouragement either. Since he is naturally skinny, or has no food addictions, he just doesn't get it. He feels that bringing home junk like Little Debbies, M&Ms, etc. is fine and that everyone has enough self-control to just not eat it. Yeah, OK. To me that is the same as giving a recovering drug addict the drug of his/her choice and just expecting them not to use. Pffft! Like that is going to happen.
Anyway, enough ranting. I am starting this journey again. Tomorrow.
